It is an intermediate product of the NOAA Climate Data Record (CDR) of IR Sounder Upper Tropospheric Humidity BT, Version 4.0. The dataset has a global coverage.

The development of the dataset is an effort to extend the legacy HIRS products using the new generation IASI instruments.},
